After relocating from Ireland to the UK in 2010, I have been practising as a therapist in South West London and Surrey for nearly a decade. With extensive experience working with both adults and adolescents, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice.

 

I am a HCPC-Registered Counselling Psychologist, having completed my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. Alongside my private practice, I work as an associate with a number of practices, both on Harley Street and online. In addition, I am proud to serve as a Director of The Mental Health Project, a company dedicated to providing professional and accessible mental health resources to secondary schools.
