What types of therapy do you offer?

My approach is integrative and relational, combining elements of Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Existential therapies with techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This flexible and personal approach provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore challenges from past experiences or current circumstances. Together, we can work toward meaningful and lasting change. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Helps identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns to encourage positive behavioural change. Humanistic Therapy: Focuses on personal growth and self-awareness. Psychodynamic Therapy: Explores how past experiences influence current emotions and behaviours. Existential Therapy: Addresses deeper questions around meaning and purpose in life.
